Analytical Architect
My friend’s company has an immediate opening for Analytical Architect to be based in Palo Alto, CA. The company is backed by well- respected figures in academia, financial and technology industries. They have completed another round of financing and secured quite a few key customers, including Fortune 500 firms.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years experience in statistical data mining, modeling / quantitative analysis in financial, marketing, supply chain/logistics or consumer oriented companies.
· Familiar with statistical methods - survival analysis, logistic regression, categorical data analysis, CART/MART, Neural Network, confidence intervals, Monte Carlo simulation,
· Familiar with statistical software package - SAS, Splus, Matlab, etc.
· Ability to lead a technical team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Possess integrity, creativity and good personality.
· MS+ degree in Operation Research, Statistics or Mathematics, Physics or Engineering.
