The development of the Chinese economy may bring tremendous opportunities for the overseas IT professionals. However, the reality is far away from the theories and media propaganda. Are there new e-business models especially suitable for the Chinese market? How to understand and implement the business which can bring sustainable success? What are the pitfalls and obstacles a returnee may face in China? Knowledge and skills will be gained only through practices and experiences. Professor Cai will share his experience and present his latest research: the E-business model redesign framework. Professor Cai just finished an executive education program from Harvard Business School in this trip. He will also introduce the expert collaboration program of GH-BPM PKU to invite the IT professionals and executives in US to join.
