Gu is a venture capitalist and senior executive specialized in high-tech
and innovation technology investment. Currently Mr. Gu is also the Vice
Chairman of China Merchants and Fortune Assets Management Co. and Director of
China Merchants China Direct Investment Ltd. Previously he served as the General
Manager of China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd., and held
various management positions at China Merchants Group. Mr. Gu received his
Bachelor degree from Tsinghwa University in 1982 and his MBA from University of Science and Technology of China in 1996.
