Over the past century, Tsinghua University has educated prominent leaders in all fields, engineering and sciences, business, literature and arts. Tsinghua has always enjoyed a close tie with the United States, particularly Silicon Valley. Today thousands Tsinghua Alumni are playing active roles in the innovation of Silicon Valley, and the connection with China. On April 4, 2010, SVTN is going to host a Centenary Celebration Dinner at Dynasty Seafood Restaurant (10123 North Wolfe Road, #1688, Cupertino, CA). Prof. Gu, Binglin, President of Tsinhua University, will joining us with a delegation of nearly one hundred of prominent Tsinghua professors to celebrate our glory history and tradition. Other attendees include General Counsel of China from San Francisco, Dr. Ping Wu, Founder and Chairman of Spreadtrum, Eugene Zhang, President and CEO of Jeda Technologies, along with other prominent leaders in different fields. To make this event even better, Tsinghua Student Art Troupe will come from Beijing to perform at Flint Center for the Performing Arts (21250 Stevens Creek Blvd., Cupertino, CA) on April 7^th. Two thousand of Tsinghua alumni and their families/friends will also attend this grand concert. The brochure of the events is attached separately.
