The Fund will be used to sponsor activities for the remembrance of Xiang Lin, or to cover expenses incurred due to the unexpected passing of Xiang Lin which are not covered by federal, state, or local jurisdiction fundings. Examples of such activities or expenses include but are not limited to the following: handling of Xiang Lin's remains, memorial services in remembrance of Xiang Lin, merit-based sponsorship of students in remembrance of Xiang Lin, travel expenses incurred by Xiang Lin's family member(s) due to the handling of her personal properties or estates, and etc.
